Interesting. My career counselor (the wonderful woman who introduced me to the MBTI) is an ESTJ, and her husband is an INFP. I asked her a while back if it caused any problems in their relationship, and she said while it was difficult to relate to one another in the beginning, they discovered that one’s strengths balanced out the other’s weaknesses. Her husband is actually the one that recommended that I speak with her, matter of fact (And incidentally, he was a complete stranger that I helped one day at work. Can one INFP identify another, I wonder?).
Is it just me or are we very territorial when it comes to friends?
My best friend is a realist, and it’s just perfect. She drags me back down to earth whenever I wander into space too much.
